Genuinely the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I never post reviews or complain but my fingers are covered in dip and they look horrendous. Not only are my fingers covered in dip powder but the dip is all around my fingers and they look awful. I had to ask for her to try and remove the color from my fingertips and when I did she barely did. Will never be going here again, something like this has never happened to me before.

Used to have such good luck here, until yesterday. My nails were supposed to be a almond shape, they were SO uneven and the person doing my nails was so rude when I brought it up. She rushed through my entire dip manicure with extensions in 15 minutes and was so rough. Long story short, she ended up taking the entire set off and I left after wasting hours of my night. I think her name was Wendy, my friend went that same night and hers came out awesome so I guess it’s all luck with who you get. I’ll never be back, she kept making fun of me and making petty comments while taking them off. Very rude and unprofessional- don’t waste your time, this place is going downhill

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueLISA LISA LISA! I knew once I asked her name and she had the same name as my mom.. it was meant to be! She did an incredible job! I have never EVER had a massage on my arms and hands from a nail tech and she went back in for more lotion I couldn’t even believe it. She did an AWESOME pedi and dip. I am so excited I found her!!

I just started going to this place back in December and they are usually nice.I went for a pedicure this past Saturday and they were so rude! No one greeted me as I walked in,and I’m felt rushed! Being 9 months pregnant isn’t easy! No one even said “thank you”! “Come again”! Just terrible. I will never go back. Why spend your hard earned money where it’s not appreciated.
