This place is clean and friendly! Dennis was my nail tech and he repeatedly told me “I’m here for you, whatever you need, if something is wrong I will fix it”! I really appreciated that because sometimes I have felt guilty telling nail techs to fix a nail etc. I also told him my feet are ♀️… and he actually made me feel good about them and said he was going to make them look great! It’s nice to have someone go out of their way to make you feel great, treat you with respect, and listen to your request! He is also a great conversationalist! He spoke highly of his coworkers and how they are a team and no one gets jealous of others and their clients! Overall a great experience and great atmosphere! The price for my mani, pedi, reshape, cut down, shellac with four colors wasn’t bad either! The nail shop down the street easily charged me $50 more dollars for what they did! Thank you so much and I will be back!

Tom did a fantastic job and they have a beautiful salon, another visit they used the wrong polish and a week later it was lifting, I went back and they redid them free of charge, they only asked me what associate did my nails. On a different visit the gentleman forgot to do a top coat on one hand but I went right back and they finished them. That worker no longer works there, he was also not gentle. There is a young girl I believe her name is Jennifer she is the best! I recently went with my 1 yr old who was running around and they were kind and even distracted her so I could finish. Great experiences.

Never get any pressure to get anything but what I came for. All I wanted was a pretty color for my trip to Florida and I love them. Nice fast service. Shellac Nails

Worst service ever. I went in half hour before closing time, and asked for availability, for a regular manicure. The owner said to select a color and wait. They made me wait for almost 20min. And they rushed to get my nails done, as it’s their closing time. They applied 3-4 coats one after the other, without letting each coat to dry (not even for few seconds), and sent me out without drying my nails. If you don’t have availability, and don’t have enough time to do the nails, then don’t do it and charge 25 bucks for the worst service. He mentioned he had to rush through it, coz of time. I thought, he knew what he’s doing, and the nails would quick dry. I even didn’t touch anything with my nails for about an hour. Though it turned, as it is in the picture. I should go to a new place and get it redone.

Although staff is very friendly. They did not offer a menu of services provider while we waited and then when asked they offered 2 services. We picked the $35 package since the difference in the more expensive was additional lotions which is not worth the money. The feet rub which is offered in both packages was the WORST I have ever had!!! I thought they skipped this part of the session. When asked they said they did message my feet when he slapped the bottom of my feet and used a pumice bar. This was the mist dissatisfying visit I have ever had. I do not recommend unless u r in a hurry

The older guy is very rude and the service is crappy. I only came here because we were in the area and my niece wanted her nails done around 6pm on Saturday 9/22/18. The prices you seen on the board are not accurate. They will charge you way more. My go to place is usually New Day Nails and Spa in Troy, is hey have exceptional service, clean environment and friendly nail techs. Avoid Pro Nails They deserve 0 stars
