I loved the hispanic woman who did my pedicure. I can not say so for the guy that did my nails. He claimed whoever I went to before did not do a great job n to see his work in comparison. First off… he never soaked my nails and started to dig under my prior powder gel work and literally was ripping it off my fingers. It hurt. He did that with a few. After that he did powder and gel fill in.the work is ok but its rather thick. He cut them too short. He did not compare the length o. Each side they were not sane length. Overall a 3.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI decided to try this place for the first time last week. I was disappointed in the services I received. I feel like the technicians were rushing even though there was barely anyone in the salon and there were steps that they skipped that are normally taken during a pedicure or dipping powder. For example, the tool that looks like a cheese grater was never used on my foot. The pedicure was ok. They barely spend any time rubbing your feet. The employees were sitting around on their phones the whole time. Some of them were having phone conversations while they were with clients. My experience with the dipping powder was horrible. All of my nails were filed to different lengths. My nails were in bad shape so I give them some credit. I was missing half of my pinky nail and the technician filed and drilled it down. It hurt so bad! The technician never asked what shape I wanted my nails filed. I got orange nails with one white nail on each hand. The white nail is no where near white. It looks like a creamy light orange color. It looked like the white powder had multiple other dipping powders that contaminated it. We will see how my nails last, but overall, I am not happy with my nail experience. My nails look horrible. I am almost embarrassed to show them. This salon barely had any color options either. I will not be back. I decided to try this place for the first time last week. I was disappointed in the services I received. I feel like the technicians were rushing even though there was barely anyone in the salon and there were steps that they skipped that are normally taken during a pedicure or dipping powder. I’ve been looking for different places for doing dip powder and tried out another place, but didn’t like that dip powder chipped and cracked(I think it was because no gel was used to help last longer, but at this place they did the gel under UV) but my nails looked fantastic after she was done! She also did a very thorough job and took her time! 🙂

I took my fiance to get her nails done as a birthday present so we could go out later on that night and to get her hair done they did a horrible job three days later her nails chipped one broke off including the fact that they did not file them down evenly too much glue I mean it was really horrible it was a French it was a French manicure which was too expensive to begin with the fact that they charged us $50 for acrylic nails not gel I find it very appalling you would think that they would want to do a good job to get good business and good reviews I was very much upset at the services that she received she was not a happy camper it ruined our night and I would not recommend this place to anybody it was doing closing time it appeared that they were in a rush and it seems like they cared about was going home and charging her double I’ve taken her to many other places where they charged her $35 so my fine it to me not only appalling but not honest people who are trying to make an honest living charging people double for the job that was not done right I would like to put pictures and I would like to hear your opinions The public’s opinions in my overreacting after three days all these defects come along or should I take her somewhere else PS she’s not capable of even running her hands through her hair with arnell’s getting caught up in it.

I came here after the recommendation from my sister in law and I am so glad I did! They weren’t able to take me right away but made sure to make me an appointment for an hour later. I had acrylic nails from a different place and hated them! Jenni took them off so painlessly and was so efficient and quick with my dip nails. I LOVED the end result and I’m so glad I came here. The next day the gel started chipping off. So I went back and they fixed it. Thats only lasted 2 days and once again they chipped. So had to go back. They said my nails were to thin and should just get dip instead the next time if it happens again. It ended up chipping for a third time. Went back today, since they chipped again mind you it has been 2 weeks and they havnt even last week without chipping. I paid $30 for gel. They suggested I get dip because supposedly gel wouldn’t work on me. So I got dip and then they charged me $40. So they charged me again full price to get them done. Even though my gel didn’t even last a week. I rather go to another place than pay $80 for some simple nails. Not to mention having to go back and forth to get them fix. The next day the gel started chipping off. So I went back and they fixed it. Thats only lasted 2 days and once again they chipped. So had to go back.
