They are usually ok, but today I went and they messed up my nails, then when they fixed it he just left the power on my fingers and it hardened. Couldn’t take it off with washing/brush and the back of the nails were sharp because he didn’t buff them. This is on both hands.. they charged $55, which ok. Then did a pedicure.. i asked for paraffin wax, which I didn’t get. Then I Pay $117 and they come back and tell me I HAVE to tip. I never knew that tipping was required, specially when service isn’t the best. I was there for 1 1/2 hours and I shouldn’t HAVE to tip, unless I want to or feel you deserve it. I thought that was uncalled for.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI used to come here when I lived in Arkansas and they were excellent. Today I went and they could not do my nails due to not having powder to Match my previous acrylic. This is understandable but if the nail tech knew that they didn’t have the powder, why would he even begin to file my nails? Now I have to walk around with half filed nails. He should have not touched them and let me go elsewhere. I honestly think that the tech didn’t want to do my nails because it would take longer and they has many customers waiting to have their nails done. If I’m willing to pay no matter the price they should be willing to so my nails no matter how many customers are present. On top of the terrible customer service the guy charged me the gel polish price for regular polished toes, Horrible! This is my toe that was supposed to have acrylic on it and look at my toes after the pedicure. Still skin on it and my nail bed looks horrible.Update: my polish has chipped in less than 24 hours. My past experiences with this company is the some of the staff is very rude! Yesterday the staff was nice I went in to get a manicure, my eyebrows arched and my eye lashes put on. I noticed one of my eye lashes is fuller then the other. The bad part about having an issue with whatever services you get with this company, if you complain they get upset and tell you not to come back. So I just decided to look into finding another company because if you provide a service should be grown enough to fix whatever unsatisfied issue your client have.

Every time I go in there they are very slow. And today was the worst. They only had two nail tech. So I asked could I go a couple doors down and pay my stages bill. The tech was like we don’t hold spots in line and if you ain’t got time to wait you can just go to JD nails. You can’t hold my spot but expect me to wait two hours and I did take her advice I went across the street to JD where they appreciate my business. Pro Nails you are not the only nail shop in this area. I don’t have to be treated like that when I’m spending my hard earned money.

I went to another salon in town and had one of the worst manicure experiences. Came here and had one of the best!! The woman took her time and made sure my nails looked great! Will definitely be coming again!

Been sitting here for over 2 hours and they still haven’t gotten to my girlfriend yet. This place is so slow im surprised they can do more than 1 customer a day. COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO WAIT LITERALLY FOREVER TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE…
