I’m way too disgusted to even look at my hands right now. Completely rushed my fill in with gel polish. Now I have to find someone to fix this mess. The lady with the brown curly hair…ew. You’re not built to be a nail tech, find a new gig. I’ve never had nails look this bad.

I’ve been to Pro Nails before and had a good experience, so thought I’d try them out again on Sat., for a pedi/mani for Easter. Not sure what happened, but the very next day most of my polish came off my nails, and left to attend church with my nails looking wretched. The worse part was the attitude and lack of customer service I received when I went back (on Easter) to remedy the situation. Since my faith in getting a good mani at this point was lacking, I asked the person who helped me if I could get a refund, which was quickly refused. This person was very rude and very disrespectful and said I could wait, but she had 3 waiting and everyone else had a customer. One would think they would want to show me and the others listening that they stand behind their work and that they would be apologetic and try to help me as quickly as possible. That was not the case, so I was left with no choice but to file a dispute for this payment with my bank so as to get my money refunded to me. I definitely prefer not to spend my hard earned money on shoddy work and even worse customer service. I will never go back!

Positive: ProfessionalismJennifer did my nails, she did a great job! I got gel nails with foil wrap design and gel pedicure. It’s going on 4 weeks and the nails are still holding up! Keep up the good work Jennifer! The receptionist was nice as well!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI came here for the first time and after waiting with my feet in the water for my pedicure for at least 40minutes, the nail tech scrambled and rushed my entire service. Additionally, my gel full set was incorrect despite constantly showing her pictures to ensure the right color was chosen. My design didn’t last longer than a day and overall I had to come in two days later for a previously scheduled appointment to have them fixed. I waited for a HOUR and 40 min to be seen. I’ve been visiting this salon for over 10 years, alternating between two of my favorite salons (Vivan Nails, Marlboro Pike & Tip Nails, Marlboro Pike). I come to this salon whenever I am unable to be seen at either of the two. I have always loved Jennifer’s (owner) customer service and personality. Shes the only one I usually go to for my nails, because I am very picky about my shape and she gets it right, every time. After years of patronizing, I am giving this shop 2 stars because they can never seem to satisfy my need for a “spa feel” and I spent most early morning/late afternoon visits frustrated and dissatisfied with the service received. The shop owner is VERY busy and in high demand because shes the best technician in the shop. However, there were multiple times where I have set an appointment, only to arrive and still wait over an hour for service. Alternatively, Jennifer will suggest going to another tech…never again. I decided last year that I would only go for simple jobs such as pedicures, color change and repairs. I last went a week ago for a gel pedicure….not sure how by the next day, all the polish was gone from my big toe as if it were regular polish? poorly done job, gel applied too thick and not dried evenly. I came back the next day and the tech actually had an attitude and could not figure out what was off about the shape. (toe nail shapes were wayyyyy mismatched) Jennifer, is of course too busy to tend to every need. I have had enough of my time wasted with this place..just think about hoiw us ladies will leave work and flee to the salon or alter plans, wake up early just to get fleeky… I love Jennifer’s work and will always support her as a business owner. Every time I am hesitant to go, and each time I am reminded why I tell myself to not go. I cant even count how many times I’ve scheduled w/ Jennifer and had to settle with being serviced by another tech after waiting long (usually over an hour ) and end up having to stop and wait for Jennifer anyway because the tech will have admitted that they dont know how to do what it is im asking for. I also often have to walk the tech through how to properly shape and file.. they are not good with shaping and buffing, I often turn my hand flat and you can see lumps in the acrylic with an uneven arch/lay of acrylic.

Absolutely terrible. Worst gel manicure I’ve ever had. Lots of air bubbles and just untidy. After getting my nails done on a Saturday, I️ returned on Monday to express my disappointment at how untidy my manicure looked. Instead of redoing the job, the nail tech attempted to quickly buff the nails before applying another coat of gel polish. By the next day the bubbles were back. Extremely Unprofessional. Not somewhere I️ would ever go to for a quality manicure.
