Ty is usually who does my nails and they are always fabulous. The salon is nice and they speak to you upon entering the store. Been going here for almost a year and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. They do everything nails (hands or toes) including waxings. They also have a happy hour after 1130. I definitely partake in a glass of wine. It’s clean, they’re personable, and I really enjoy going here. No complaints.

I love my nails! They have great customer service however i noticed I was over charged for my services and I believe it was either because business is slow or they thought I was a new customer. I went for a refill on my nails and a pedicure. Other nail salons offer options and pricing on pedicures never have I paid 37 for a basic pedicure. Then for my refill I might as well had been paying pricing to do my nails from scratch. Moral to my story is if you want loyal customers do not over charge because you feel like it and also have your pricing available to view.

Went one time they asked if I had an appointment, sorry they couldn’t take me…but they were EMPTY!!! so I always made sure to have an appointment. Set an appointment earlier in the week for a Saturday. Lynn specifically gave me 11:30. When I got there all the tables were full and there was a lady waiting that said she called that morning and was told to come at 11:30 and another lady waiting. After waiting 15 minutes they take both these ladies in front of me. At first I walked out then I went back in and asked what was the purpose of the appointment if they weren’t going to keep them. She said give her a few minutes, she didn’t know who took my appt yadda yadda yadda….NOT!!! I’m not trying to hear it!!

Critical: ProfessionalismSo I went into this place one other time my daughter and I and we didn’t get service. I don’t even think anyone greeted us. Went in b/c I was at the grocery store and she said the wait time was until 6 o’clock, but it also said “walk ins welcome”. Done! They weren’t and are never busy please don’t go here they are rude!!

I enjoy going here. The owners are professional. They do a great job. Quick but efficient.I took my Mom here often. She loved to go here and the owners treated her with such respect. I really like this place and now they offer wine,water and coffee. Yo gotta try it.
