my experience today was the worst I’ve ever had at a nail salon. When I walked in it was dead silent and no music. It smelled like baby powder trying to cover up smoke and it wasn’t very clean. i decided to give it a try since I’m out of town and made an appointment. I paid for a delux pedi and it says 37 minutes and she was done in 20… so I said your delux pedi says 37 min and u only massaged my calves for less then 2 minutes. And she just stared at me… and started speaking in another language to everyone else in here and they started laughing… I’m shocked honestly. I reiterated that I would pay for the regular pedi which was listed at 29 min and she said no you got a delux. And I said but it wasn’t even as long as a regula, she then proceeded to not respond to me but talk to the other workers again that I couldn’t understand. She rubbed ONE of my calves for 5 minutes and then just walked away… I picked up my stuff and walked over to the dryers myself. As I sat down (after I paid) I realized my mail was smudged. There was nail polish on my skin and on the bottom of my feet. I can’t believe I payed $40 for this service. i didn’t leave a tip and I’m never coming back.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’ve honestly never had a worse experience at a nail salon. It was so bad it was almost hilarious.To start – Kevin was NOT my nail tech. I hear Kevin is awesome and the pedicure he was giving seemed really awesome from across the room.My nail tech, however, seems as though he had never applied acrylic nails before. After an hour and a half in the chair I left with this hardware on my fingers. The tech did not push down my cuticles, use any oil or lotion. Listen to the bad reviews and find somewhere else to go! Save your $$$!!! A friend and I were staying in the area and decided to get our nails done. The first thing we noticed when we walked in was how dirty it was. We started with pedicure and chose the $40 deluxe (37min). My friends nails were done in 22 (without the extras we thought we were paying for) and so she asked about it. The nail technician did not speak to her, but talked to the girl doing my nails instead. She took my friends leg and started massaging again; my friend let her know that she was just asking because she was confused and the technician laughed at her and continued to talk to my technician instead of acknowledging my friend who was talking with her. We decided against getting the dip nails we planned to get and finished after the pedicure. It’s unfortunate our experience was so bad. They weee rude and did not take the time to provide the service they said they would.

The woman who did my pedicure was MISERABLE. She did not smile, she was rough, didn’t try to communicate with me at all. Seemed angry at life. I then had a manicure. The tech did a terrible job.
