Very friendly however quality of work has been subpar. I will not be revisiting this nail salon. My nails were done with SNS Monday March 8, 2021 and looked great when I left. By Thursday March 4 the SNS began to chip. Saturday March 6 I went back up there to get the nails fixed. Jennifer asked me to come back when they weren’t busy to fix them. I returned the next day Sunday and she filed the nails down to hide the chipping and covered with Gel polish. As of Tuesday March 9th the SNS is chipping again. These nails did not last a week. I am highly disappointed and a wasted my money.

This place was not good. It was not relaxing at all. They did not know how to do dip nails, my nails turned out bumpy and not well done. I had gel and the dip stuck to mail nails and skin afterwards and they are already breaking a week after getting them done. Do not go here if you want something done well and that will last because this wont.

Jimmy is the best! Very friendly and professional atmosphere.Update: I’ve now been a customer for almost six years. I travel 35 mins just to come and see Jimmy. Very professional and great customer service.

Disclaimer maybe this is only on a Thursday at lunch time or the women that did my feet in particular. I’m not a complainer but it was just over all a terrible experience she cut me with the callus remover and it was obvious she was going to by how fast and crazy she was using it. She cut my nails down after I asked her not too. Also used an automated file on my toes which I think any trained nail tech would say is not ok. Just overall not a fan she was obviously rushing just obviously won’t go back. I’d rather come back at another time then to be rushed through like that definitely don’t recommend. They definitely try to upsell like crazy. Very thankful I opted out of any other services I’m sure it would of been disappointing.

The gel polish is cheap and the nail tech was very very rude! After spending almost 100$ I would think my nail polish last longer than 3 days. I think the nail tech purposely used this gel polish because she wanted me to pay an extra 5$ to get powder so that it don’t chip.
