Critical: ProfessionalismI went to Sonny for eight years before he started at Pro nails, he does great work. We had a great cliental relationship. I saw his children grow and we talked in great length about our family life. Once he got to Pro nails all that stopped. Every time I went in his wife and the rest of the women would talk about me, mock the way I spoke and even got mad at him for being kind to me and asking how I was and if me and the kids had everything we needed after my husband passed. That seemed to upset her greatly. It got so bad one day he even noticed that they’re laughter and mocking had affected me, he gently patted my shoulder as if to say ” poor dear” he never said anything to them. I went to Sonny for eight years before he started at Pro nails, he does great work. We had a great cliental relationship. I saw his children grow and we talked in great length about our family life. Once he got to Pro nails all that stopped. Every time I went in his wife and the rest of the women would talk about me, mock the way I spoke and even got mad at him for being kind to me and asking how I was and if me and the kids had everything we needed after my husband passed. Critical: Professionalism, QualityBecause of work I don’t get my nails done regularly. However, when I do I would go here for over the last two years. The wait time is worth it but I usually go as soon as they open. They were closed because of covid and when I decided to go back they were busy said come back 30 minutes which I couldn’t do. Fast forward to this morning I go like usual and instead of the normal greeting they spoke to each other in another language which is the one pet peeve about the service (when obviously they are talking about you)… he tells the other lady he can’t do my nails because I didn’t come back last time…. mind you there are often times while doing my nails he stops to tend to other things … I won’t be going back there nor the people whom I have referred….: my second go to is Calis Nails in the Towngate Center … I recommend to just shoot over there …Services: Manicure, PedicureBecause of work I don’t get my nails done regularly.
