Firstly this place is CASH ONLY. I made an appointment for me and my bridal party. 5 of us total. They assured me that even though they only had 4 techs that they would be able to see us all. When we got there at our appointment time all of the techs were with other people that had walked in. Me and one other person finally got in 30 minutes after our appointment while the other 3 waited. After an hour and 15 minutes past our scheduled time the other 3 decided to leave. The quality of work that the 2 of us did get was not that great. The prices are okay but everything else was less than enjoyable. If you’re a walk-in this place is great. If you’re trying to make an appointment don’t bother they won’t honor it.

Critical: CleanlinessThis salon does a decent job, for a decent price. The issue I have is the lady who did my nails sits at the front, and I as I watched her, I did not see her do any sanitizing.I saw the nail tools pulled from her drawer.I had my gel nails taken off, (which I had gotten there previously,)and I had a manicure. So I had to sit there and let my nails dry. During this period, she did not sanitize anything.If you decide to use the salon, watch them to see where the tools come from, and if they appear to sanitize them afterwards.There is a bottle of solution of course on the desk but I never see it used.Also during the manicure, cuticle cream was used on one hand prior to cleaning the cuticles, but not the other.Won’t be back.Services: Gel manicures, ManicureThis salon does a decent job, for a decent price. Only nail salon I’ll go to!! Tina and Kym are the best for nails, super sweet and they really know what they are doing! Anna is the “#1 Go-To” for all waxing needs! I don’t let anyone else touch my eyebrows! Definitely 5 stars for both quality and great customer service! Thank you ladies!!

I hate getting pedicures! I am very ticklish and have been cut more often than not. Pro Nails is the only place I can get a great pedicure without being tortured or cut. I have no complaints about this location. I have made appointments and had to walk in. I have had my eyebrows done and have really been delighted with the results

The BEST waxing eyebrow lady ever!!! They have one lady thats does the eyebrows and i come in, lay down and dont even have to say anything she just knows how my eyebrows should be. Gentle hands, and she gives you the most relaxing head massage to soothe your face after waxing. This lady has single handedly set the bar for any eyebrow place. Ive stopped going anywhere else!!!
