I visited this salon to get a pedicure with gel polish and an acrylic full set with gel polish. I wanted so badly to like this salon, as it’s so close to home. But it may be the worst manicure I’ve ever had. I wanted oval shape, but the shape I got is not uniform, lumpy, and looks odd. I will post pictures. There are also large globs of acrylic under my nails. Also the polish is a good quarter of an inch from my cuticles, I know it’s not supposed to touch, but they look like they’ve been growing out for a week. If that were all, I would not be posting this. The worst part of my experience was that the side of my nail was filed so roughly that I started to bleed, I told her it hurt, but she kept going back to it, I don’t know if she didn’t hear me or what, but man, every time she hit that part, I said “owe, that hurts!” These acrylics are also already popping up from my nail beds and it hasn’t even been an hour. I just wanted to pamper myself after a rough year, but my hands hurt from how rough she was, and it wasn’t even worth the $100 I was charged or the pain. I know I should have said something when I was there, but I just wanted it to end and go home to put some neosporin on my hand. I’m sorry to have to post this, but this was a horrible experience for me.

She takes her time and is a perfectionist. Everyone that works there are very professional and work as a team. This is just one of many different colors Amy has done on my nails. Kim was friendly and took her time was pleased with the service but the matching dip and toenail polish never matches. It’s a product issue. I wish anywhere had matching dip and regular polish. Ever disappointed with “matching results”. Again, the salon and people are great but I wish there was a line that truly matches. Pictured below is $100 result of “matching” polish and dip.

I went Saturday to update my manicure and Sunday decided to deep clean my house. This caused a nail to chip went back today they repaired and I asked to pay bc it was my fault and they wouldn’t let me pay! They always do great work, this is first time I’ve had to have a repair!
