Pro Medical Spa was amazing and it was I had a perfect visit for this momma. The place was clean, bright, beautiful, and the staff was so sweet and welcoming. Especially Amanda, the clinician that did my BBL (Broad Band Light) treatment. She made me feel at home and so comfortable throughout the whole treatment. Each step of the way she was checking in on me, making sure I was okay, and ready to move on. After the treatment was finished, Amanda got me all set up with my after treatment care and continued to check on me days after to see how I was doing and what I was thinking of the results I was seeing. Overall just such a great experience and will be going back for more skin care needs.

Everyone is super nice and welcoming. Amazing customer service always! I see Amanda for all beauty services. She is very knowledgeable and will answer all your questions. She always makes me feel comfortable. I am currently getting BBL, I have redness around my cheeks and it has help my skin tremendously. Over the past several months I’ve been coming to the med spa in maple valley for Skin waves facials. Every time I come for an appointment Amanda is warm and inviting. I feel comfortable and also trusting of her experience and advice as we are starting a skin journey as she puts it. The staff is very knowledgeable as not all skin is the same. They are helping me start the process of aging gracefully and I appreciate the tips and services provided at this location. This is so convenient, not having to drive into the city without dropping quality in services. I’m looking forward to the BBL with Moxi treatments later this fall.

I reached out to Kaylana (for skin care needs) and Kaylee (for injections) to start my wonderful self love journey. The results I saw were almost instant. My skin was glowing, alive and could breathe again (I got the BBL and VI peele). I drive almost 2 hours to my appointments and it is worth every mile. Kaylana was so thorough, honest and accommodating to my needs. She was so pleasant, friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Kaylee was also very thorough, honest and accommodating. So sweet, nice and gentle, which helps tremendously when getting a needle to the face (I recieved botox in the forehead and lip filler). Lol. But these ladies made me feel beautiful, valued and a priority. I highly 100/100 reccomend and trust their business as well as these specific women.

From the moment you step into the spa for your appointment you’re made to feel part of their family, which continues throughout the entire appointment. Kaylana is very knowledgeable re: the skincare services I had both the BBL and the Moxi recently and she explained everything and put my nerves to rest. and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My skin is probably 90% less red due to the BBL treatment and the Moxi made my face feel smooth and soft.
