I paid cash, and gave a tip of my choosing. The optional tip amount obviously didn’t satisfy the worker, as she demanded an additional $20 tip (on top of what i left) for a very mediocre massage. I definitely will not be back.

Got a hour massage for my fiance and he said 5 minutes in she hit a place that hurt in his back and he made a noise she slapped him on the back as hard as she could and said stop laughing. Then when he was leaving she told him he couldn’t go outside without paying the tip. Then I got there and she ran to the road after the car telling us we have to pay a $40 tip to her or do not come back….. will not come back to this place!

Same day service, an hour after I called for an appointment, I was on a massage table. I would normally say that was a negative, but I was pleasantly surprised. The lady did a fabulous job, I was a complete knot from my progressive Rheumatoid Arthritis, and adding to that discomfort, I was also tense, feeling almost unrelaxable, from the stress of, very recently, loosing my mother unexpectedly. Since I gave 4/5, my only minor complaint would be the language barrier. Not that I want to conversate during my session, but I would like to be able to engage about my more sore areas, any applicable medical issues, and goals for the present treatment and the ones to follow.

We showed up at our appointment time only to be told that she forgot to write it down and had booked over our spot the day before. We showed up at our appointment time only to be told that she forgot to write it down and had booked over our spot the day before. Positive: Professionalism, QualityAwesome spot, went for a couples massage with the girlfriend. The massage therapists were awesome! I had the knots taken care of, we both got medium strength and it was perfect. No more needing to go to bham for a good massage. Prices are also a steal, will be back soon!
