I asked for a trim and specifically said I wanted to keep the same length but the lady took four inches off my hair. I was obviously not happy with the haircut but this was not even the worst part of my experience. When I spoke with the owner about this, I was told she had to chop that much off because my hair was “uneven”, however, the last haircut I got was from the same lady. When I said I wanted a refund the owner tried to shame me saying “you do not have respect for people who work on their feet trying to please you” My mother works at a salon and I am a teacher who’s on her feet ten hours a day. I have been going to this place for 10+ years and I was quite honestly appalled by the treatment and the fact that the owner tried to shame me into feeling like a bad person.

I normally don’t leave comments. But I am not happy with my haircut. I don’t think she knows how to cut layers and she uses the scissor like a knife to cut my hair（sliding down to cut). I can tell my hair is damage. I asked to cut one inch off but 2 inches of my hair is gone. My hair end looks crazy and stupid after “blow dry”. The one good thing is they use good products for my hair.

I came here because I wanted to have a brazilian blowout, hair cut and hair color. I’m asian and my hair is semi-thick and straight. I’m used to having brazilian blowout yearly in a different salon, and we just moved here in Irving. Susan did my hair and she was very rough. She even said, “no pain, no gain.” She also insulted how bad my hair was. I felt really bad after going to this salon. I stayed in the salon for almost 4 hours and they never offered any drinks. I paid $475 for the service and they insisted to give an extra tip. After 3 days, I washed my hair and it looked like I never had anything done on my hair. What a waste of money! I’m not going back here again!
