Friendly, welcoming, didnt drag out the introductory period even though it was my first time there. Joey listened to my needs. I came in for a migraine caused by tension in the muscles in my neck and shoulders. He focused specifically on those areas. He was able to relieve that tension. He was able to find the knots in my back as well and bring some relief to the soreness there. He also avoided the areas that I asked to not be massaged (my arms) – which other cookie cutter places such as massage envy/massage heights ignore and go at anyways. I appreciate someone that can both LISTEN to their customer and MEET their needs.
