I had my nails done here last week and they look terrible. My sister took me to get me out of the house some (I’m a mom of 4). Anyways, they are all crooked but the 3 middle fingers on my left hand are soooo crooked it looks like a kid glued them on. I didn’t wanna go in and say something as there were a bunch of people waiting to get there nails done.. I didn’t want them to hear how bad mine looked. My sister’s looked.absoluyely awful too. I paid $55 for something I hate to even look at. I love the shape and the color but anyone with vision can see how crooked these nails are. People think I glued them on myself, they would never guess they were done professionally!!! I’m going to go up to see if they will fix them or offwr a refund. I just didn’t wanna make them lose customers that were waiting after hearing how unsatisfied both my sister and I were with our nails. We get our nails done professionally so they look good and make us feel better about ourselves. I don’t even want people to look at these with how bad they look. Really hoping they make it right!!!!

Critical: QualityI will not be coming back to this place. The man who did my nails was overly aggressive and when I pulled back/cringed from him hurting me he laughed. On top of that I asked for something I didn’t thinks was to hard to do a Matt finish with a with a glossy French tip with gel I even showed them a picture. My nails are natural and have grown out a little since the last time I’ve got them done and about three broke off but I still don’t see any reason for them to look this way. My “French tips” are extremely uneven on both hand, and after repeatedly putting my hand under the Uber light they didn’t lotion my hand afterward.Also I got my eyebrows done and the lady who did the made them straight after I asked for her to just clean up the new growth I already had a shape to them she made them straight.Services: Manicure, PedicureI will not be coming back to this place. Everyone was really friendly and both mine and my daughter’s nails look great! She is seven and it was her first time getting tips, they did awesome with her. We will definitely go back for a fill!
