Well I went in at 11am to be absolutely SURE that I’ll have my appointment set at 3pm. I walk in 3 minutes before my appointment. No one is there except for a woman who is watching the store for the owner christina. And this woman shop sitting told me that chriatina is coming in to do her nails even though she is not on the sign in sheet like I have been since 11am this morning. I had a choice to wait until the owner finishes her nails maybe an hour and a half maybe more than that..a and also wait for the owner to show up. Unprofessional and actually rude. Is the sign in sheet for appointments just for show? And the 1st time I got my nails done at this establishment I was the only female there that was not black and I was stared at for over an hour like I was some type of exhibit for people to gawk at. I was uncomfortable the whole time. But I figured everyone deserves a 2nd chance and this is my second experience. … making an appointment to have to wait for someone else to get their nails done and wait for someone that does nails period to show up. ……smh
