First time coming here. I was able to get same day appt. Staff is very efficient. I highly recommended the pedi with a wax stone massage. Best one I’ve had in town. Tried something different with my nails and they came out fantastic. Real skill went into free-handing the cute paint technique. Will definitely be back & makings this my new spot. ✌

Very hit and miss place I’ve been going for almost 2 year’s and most ladies are very nice, but there’s a couple that are rude specifically the one that did my pink gel manicure on Monday at 3:30pm. She was rude constantly yanked me, would push my hands messing up the undried gel and kept saying it was my fault when I asked if she could fix it. She did not.. the nails were streaky and left a lot of dried polish on my cuticle, the nails were filed uneven and are angled awkwardly. I fixed what I could at home. They cost $35…

Horrible! They hurt my nails and my daughter’s nails! When I asked not to use the drill to remove gel they pushed the issued and tried to convince me I was wrong and that it can’t be done without a drill- completely false! I’ve had it done without a drill literally anywhere else I’ve gone. They pulled and yanked off false nail tips from my daughter’s nails (she wanted them removed and to go back to natural nails). They made her nails bleed. The lady was in a big time rush and super rude. Needless to say, we didn’t finish and just had clear polish put on and left as soon as we could. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Do not be misled by the 4.5-star rating!! I went here with my sister to get gel manicures, and both of our experiences were unsatisfactory, to say the least. My manicurist was rushed and much more aggressive with the nail prep than any other nail salon I have been to. She also kept checking her phone and texting/trying to take a call between painting my nails, which felt unprofessional. However, my experience does not compare to my sister’s. When cutting my sister’s cuticles, the manicurist made her finger bleed. Despite a drop of blood clearly forming, the manicurist made no move to wipe it off. She just painted over the nail right next to the blood, which was incredibly unsanitary, especially for the next person who requests that color. After the manicure was over, instead of offering my sister a discount to apologize, the manicurist tried to ask her to go to an ATM for cash. I really hope this salon properly sterilizes the equipment, but I honestly doubt that, considering how the manicurist barely addressed my sister’s bloody nail. We regret not driving an extra fifteen minutes to Davis for a cheaper, CLEANER experience. Then my sister would not have anxiety about a nail infection (or worse), and we wouldn’t feel cheated out of $60.

Only giving two stars because the shape of my nails are great but everything else was not. I made an appointment for 5:30 showed up a few minutes early and was seated right away. The nail tech started on my dip mani and got about halfway through and ushered me to the pedicure chair. I sat in the chair for almost 15 minutes before someone even bothered to turn it on. Then came the rushed “deluxe” pedi that hurt so bad, when the new tech started she was going so fast she cut me several times. I sat after my pedi was done for another 20 minutes before the first tech brought me back to her chair to finish my dip. She shaped them very well and when it came to the design (simple flames) on two fingers she told me she could do it and honestly I could have done better. When I said it wasn’t great she laughed and just kept going. At this point I was done so I just let her finished and paid. I was there for two hours and about half that was just waiting around not to mention when I got home the polish in my toes wasn’t even dry and they got ruined! Never going back.
