I’m new to this place, recommended by a friend , the wait can be a little long , even with a appointment, they’re good with nail designs especially Jessie, although stones and designs are a little pricey.., and my pedicure was good too. The customer service or interactions can be a little better. But I’ve returned, so… so far so good

I’ve been here a few times and decided that I won’t be coming here anymore. The workers at this nail salon does decent nails but they’re also VERY money hungry. They will constantly harass you about giving a tip. At the end of your service they will try to force you to use the ATM so you can take out cash to tip them. When I told them I didn’t want to use to the ATM they made sure to tell me to leave a tip on the card. I went back to get a full set and the lady wanted to do my nails HER way , which was more expensive and I told her I only wanted gel she insisted I get powder when I told her no she got upset started talking about me to her co workers in their language which was rude and unprofessional at the end of the service she had the nerve to ask for a tip.

This place is terrible they use subpar products, did a French manicure new set and was nothing like the pic that I showed them! They took 2 hours to finish my nails and I left very disappointed. I week later the acrylic was lifting!!! I have been getting my nails done for many many years never had this happen to ever! Save your money and your time this place is not worth it!!!!

I got a pedicure and the guy who worked on my feet did an excellent job . I only gave 4 stars vecause they charged 2 dollars fee for using a card in which is not posted anywhere in the store except that they only take cash on Sundays.

The guy doing my toes was very aggressive and had a really nasty attitude He didn’t cut my nails, refused to soak off my acrylic and wanted to paint on top of old acrylic when the nails where clearly longer and needed at least a fill in. Charged me 25 dollars after using dirty tools and only applying soap on my feet nothing else. The people in this place are not professional at all, if you want to be treated poorly and get a really bad service where everyone has an attitude then you can go to this place.THE WORST NAIL SALON in Long Island.
