This place is horrible. The first time I went Irma made my son say “Ow” the whole time he was getting a haircut because she was in such a hurry to clock out. She also mopped the floors and placed chairs in front of the doorway one hour before closing time. So the service I was given was with a COMPLETE attitude on top of my son having his head cherry red on the bottom. This would be the second time I went and my other son got a haircut by a lady with blonde hair and she put his part basically IN THE MIDDLE of his head. Not to mention the back was so messed up she didn’t completely line it up right and his line is also very noticeably high. Thelma is the only woman in this salon who knows how to cut hair.

Irma always does a great job. But the owners need put some pride in their facility. The seating has been in poor condition for years. Have you ever seen the commercial where customers are dancing through the checkout using credit cards. Then everyone stops when someone uses cash. Its the opposite here. Their credit card machine is so slow.

Absolutely awful. I went in there for a basic hair cut and the lady did not listen to me (she was quite large and it was right before lunch time so I guess I should have expected that). Ended up just having to shave my head and she still tried to charge me $15 for that. The quality of service there is not even fit to give a stray dog a haircut.

Walked in for a trim. Asked for 1/2 inch off. Lady said I need 2 inches. When I again for just 1/2 inch she rolled her eyes and said you realise that’s only this much. I walked sporting my split ends another day. It’s my hair.
