This place brags on how good they are and they always provide good service stated last month they cut over 600 heads of hair for two stylist They statedneed to start making appointments because they’re always busy. No offense over the time of thinking the stylists have an attitude problem and if it is in conjunction of cutting that many heads with short staff something needs to change. Oh the haircuts are mediocre at best as they messed up my wife’s hair.

Before we reached the counter, the employee turned and said “First of all we REQUIRE masks, secondly I’M booked until 5:30!” Very rude and unprofessional. I went this pass summer 2016. I went in they all said hello and Without them telling me I put my name on the sign in sheet. I only had to wait for 10 mins and then I told the lady to go short! She did and I loved it. I feel they are getting a bum deal from all you crybabies. You need to know you get what you pay for. JC Penny hair dressers suck and I paid over $90 dollars for a wash, style and blow dry. They did a rotten job on my hair. Ultra they are the worst. Never the same stylist and talk about Rude! Yes they are. I got a nice cut from Pro Cuts and I will go back.

I usually go to a different Pro-Cuts in Amarillo, but it is closed on Sundays. I get a shampoo and blow-dry style with some flat ironing and am charged 15.95. I went to the Procuts on Soncy and got this done for my 13 yr old daughter, and there was no flat-ironing, which was fine, because it did not need that, but then I was charged 30.95 and when I told the lady that I had never been charged that much, she told me that the shampoo was six dollars and then was charged for the minutes that it took to blow dry her hair. There was a sign on the wall for shampoo, condition, cut and blow dry for 20.95??? So I paid an extra $10.00 to not get her hair cut!! And I could not complain to the manager because that is who did her blow-out!!!
