Pro-Cuts

Positive: QualityNow before I post this review I want to make one thing clear. Over all the whole experience was excellent. My hair was cut well and my stylist was professional. Now I would have given five stars if not for one issue I had. While I was waiting one of the stylists was chatting with another customer. This conversation just so happend to be talking about my place of work. I won’t go Into detail on what was said but I would like to say it seemed unprofessional. I understand making conversation with a customer and making their experience enjoyable, but to be talking down another business in such a small town… its kind of unprofessional. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion yes but until you have been in another company’s shoes don’t talk down on that company. In a small town where good help is hard to come by its better for us to help each other and support our local businesses. That’s why even tho my job was talked about in such negative regard, I will still come to this pro cuts location and support it. Just next time be mindful of who walks in and just be professional. Normally I would say nothing but being there hearing this when I have helped this stylist many times made me uncomfortable. Now before I post this review I want to make one thing clear. Over all the whole experience was excellent. My hair was cut well and my stylist was professional. Now I would have given five stars if not for one issue I had. While I was waiting one of the stylists was chatting with another customer. Positive: QualityI went in for a color today. Sharra is rock star. My visit was amazing. Sharra has cut my hair for over ten years. I do want to call attention to a couple of things. People like to be acknowledged when entering. Sharra was the only one who said hello. She also was multitasking in order to keep the crowd happy. Very busy shop today. I felt so bad for her. Timmy seems to do better with men than wemon. I heard a complaint from a customer while I was waiting. “Does he talk? ” Also never said hello. One of his 1st customers today complained he cut her hair to short. She didn’t leave happy. Not sure what the problem is. I do know he spent way to much time discussing his health with customers. I hope these items will be addressed. I think he needs some training. He is nice , just way to much time talking, and about himself. I do hope this review does help him. I went in for a color today. Sharra is rock star. My visit was amazing. Sharra has cut my hair for over ten years. I do want to call attention to a couple of things.
