Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHorrible this place is absolutely HORRIBLE. Where should I even start the bad service ? The rudeness of the barber or the absolute horrific haircut I received. Let’s start with the haircut. The man barber there is very very VERY RUDE. he was very aggressive cutting my hair and he didn’t even cut my hair right, in fact it’s uneven as you can see in the picture I attached. When I said I wanted to trim my hair evenly on the top and to make it to whatever length it needs to be to see my fade he claimed that I need to have extremely short hair to have a fade. He does not know hot to cut hair and is very rude. When the haircut was done and I stood up to look at my hair he yells at me and says “YES OR NO DO YOU LIKE IT PICK ONE” and I gently said yes because I was so frightened with the man’s tone. This is a horrible place of business when he started cutting my hair he had hair from the previous guys hair he was cutting. On top of that this place loves to scam you. They always say “if you want a good haircut you need to come every month to keep your hair in shape”. Horrible this place is absolutely HORRIBLE. Where should I even start the bad service ? The rudeness of the barber or the absolute horrific haircut I received. Let’s start with the haircut. They do not do a good job coloring my hair. I had to return to have them touch up my hair. The couple who owns the store was upset that I pointed out they needed to touch up my hair. Their attitudes have seemed to have taken a turn for the worse over the last few months. In the past they were kind but something has changed. I also notice they charge for every single service. They shampooed my hair but when I asked if they can run the blow dryer through my head to dry it off they wanted to charge me 5 dollars. I strongly recommend not to go to the procuts in Colleyville if you want hair color or consistency in the quality of your hair cut. They do not do a good job coloring my hair. I had to return to have them touch up my hair. The couple who owns the store was upset that I pointed out they needed to touch up my hair. Positive: Punctuality, QualityI’ve been going to these guys with my dad for at least 10 years now and they’ve always been nice and do a great job. Not too chatty yet they’re more than happy to crack a joke or make small talk. Thank y’all!Service: Haircut
