I took my brother to Pro Cut Salon he is only 13 years old but Kim charged him as an adult and said he is a man. I tried explaining to her what the difference between a boy and man is and she wouldn’t understand. Also they had a pricing chart for boys and men but still charged for men. That’s ridiculous. And she didn’t even do the style he showed a pic of she literally took both sides off and left with the top hair. Also charged me extra after giving me a receipt of amount being charged they added a tip. Very poor customer service.

Took my son in for a haircut. He had been trying to grow his hair for two months and only needed a trim. When we arrived the man asked us what we wanted. I was so clear that he only needed a trim. He then says do a #1? I say absolutely not! No razors only a trim! The next thing I know he is shaving the sides with a #3. He wanted to do the easy thing. My son was practically in tears. When I voiced my concern the women who works there came over and reassured me she could fix it. Yes she did but he was so upset that his hair was short. Plus there were marks on his neck. Never again! I got lectured the whole time about how they have been there for 15 years and if they didn’t know what they were doing they wouldn’t be there. It wasn’t that it looked bad it was that it absolutely destroyed what he had been working for and what I was clear about upon entering. We typically go to the man cave and they are fantastic but were closed on Sunday. I understand his hair will grow back (trust me I went bald for a year while doing chemo) but his hair is the one thing he is particular about and he is so easy going.

From when when I first started getting the haircut the woman cutting my hair didn’t listen to what I wanted and proceeded. I asked her to dye my hair and said I was “too complicated” and refused to dye my hair. Unhappy with how my hair looks and the whole experience. Waste of money.

Took my granddaughter there and we both got a pedicure she got the owner, Kim and I got Ken…..very peaceful and nice. She got nail polish so I decided to get a haircut while I was waiting from Tren, nice job. Went back and got another haircut from Ken, liked it very much. Again, very peaceful place, prices are below average, and I liked the “footwork” and their hair cuts….it is my go to place in Woodland now.
