I went there maybe 2-3 times to have a hair cut with Hong. She was nice. The last time I needed a hair cut she got my number and name to text me. Never did. Am glad , I found a new lady that does a better job. My impression is that she likes to do more profitable work like coloring. This is not the way to conduct a business.

Critical: ValueI have never wrote a review before but feel like I have to on this experience. I showed up for a 4:15 appt to then be told it would be $195 and that I had to pay with cash, even though they had a credit card payment and Venmo but said no. I had to go get cash from CVS where I got charged a fee and then my bank fee. Go back to showing pictures of what I wanted and then I was there for 4 hours!!!! 4hours!! To have my hair come out nothing like I wanted. Really needed a cut to have at the end a 5 minute haircut which didn’t even ask where I parted my hair or what I wanted. Literally just chopped the bottom of my hair in one straight line, worst haircut ever!
