This is a great full service salon with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. I get my nails done every two weeks or so and have always been happy with my service. Katlyn is excellent at nails, so I highly recommend her if you make an appointment. They are always very accommodating to my schedule and getting me an appointment when I need it.

I purchased a groupon for a spa manicure/pedicure and was very excited to use it. I called 4 times to make an appointment and my mom tried as well to make an appointment but only asked just for a regular manicure/pedicure because she doesn’t care for the rubbing but was told it has to be for the exact service even though the spa mani/pedi is pricier. As for me, each time I called I was put on hold immediately after I told them I had a groupon and then was told that they were completely booked. It is amazing to me that each time a groupon came up, I was told that they were completely booked. The groupon eventually expired and I was refused the promotional value and talked to the manager about the issue and she was unbelievably rude insinuating at first I was lying then outright saying that she does not believe that I called and there was never availability. Although I cannot comment on the work they do, I cannot imagine that it would be worth the lack of customer service they have.
