My stylist Chazz is the best! The salon is nice with each stylist having their own room. The benefits of individual rooms are great as you don’t get noise from other areas of the salon and your stylist selects the music for the room.

I see Richard Wolf, the massage therapist, regularly and recomend his services. He will be as chatty or as quiet as you like during the massage. I discovered him through Groupon, but have purchased two massage packages since then. He does therapeutic and relaxation massages with the music of your choice playing in the background. Enjoy!

I just moved to the area and came across the salon on Google. I made an appointment with Cristi for a balayage before my trip to NYC for the New Year. I entered the salon with highlighted blonde hair and left with a travesty on my head. I was there for about 3 hours for one of the worst color experiences of my life. My hair was absolutely destroyed and looked like a zebra with the color that she applied. She told me to wash my hair with Suave in order to break up the extremely noticeable streaks. I also asked her to touch up my small blue streak by the nape of my neck and the blue spread everywhere into my hair during the shampoo, getting the dye in places it was not supposed to go. I was so unhappy with the final product that I just wanted to leave, so I paid, which I fully regret doing. After I went outside, I cried a little and then asked her to fix it since I was so upset. She told me she didn’t have time to fix it completely, so she put a shampoo mask on my head, which stripped my hair of all color and damaged it so much. She also ruined the shirt that I was wearing by dropping bleach all over it with no apology. I ended up crying on the phone to the Paul Mitchell School and drove over there to drop another $150 to get highlights and a deep conditioning treatment. All of the teachers and students at the school were appalled with my experience. Not only is my hair extremely damaged, but now I am down $250 for something that I am not happy with.
