I paid $70 for this garbage!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! While I understand not everyone can do ombré I asked her ahead of time and she seemed confident…she used the airbrush! I haven’t seen that tool in 20 years! Lol. Then she didn’t even bother to clean off my fingers..so I’m walking around now with paint all over my hands. I could have done a better job with my eyes closed. This things are a joke lol. I’m not sure I can walk around with these for more than a couple days! What a joke! Not to mention she was on her phone texting nearly the entire time! The whole experience was unprofessional and I am embarrassed of my nails! Which is a shame because my only other experience here was my wedding nails and I loved them. But they were done by someone else. That’s why I came back for a fill because I loved them so much. But now I’ll never return! And then she didn’t even give me a receipt! Probably because she knew she did poor work. I’m so just embarrassed by these! lol I have to laugh tho because I paid $70! Jokes on me for sure!

I have regular pedicures with Maria and she’s amazing. She takes exceptional care of me. I also have regular manicures with Dip powder with June and Dime. They have converted me to dip powder for my nails. I don’t see myself ever not having them.

I have gone to Prive for years for my pedicures and have always had a wonderful relaxing experience. I just had a bad experience with a specific technician. I was recently there for a pedicure and the technician did not seem.to care about comfort. She was.rough and just wanted to get it done fast. The water was too hot to put my feet in the bowl and asked her to cool it a pinch and she told me put my feet in. She was rough with the pedicure and it was actually painful. She forcefully seperated my toes far apart which was painful with arthritis, she cut cuticles before soaking, and the worst part was She moved quickly and filed off the skin on the top of a few of my toes. Before painting the nails she slathered on nail polish remover and boy did it burn the areas where she filed my skin off. I was gripping the chair rails the entire time. Pedicures are supposed to be relaxing but this was like having a very painful procedure.

I was charged $64 for an acrylic fill, which is absolutely outrageous. On top of the fact that I brought my own gel polish. I didn’t get any designs, didn’t have them shape or cut them. I had gel pieces flaking off of my nails and some nails weren’t even filed enough prior to adding gel polish. They told me it didn’t matter that the price was $64. I’ve used Anthony Vince nail spa for years in Virginia and was never charged over $35-40 for an acrylic fill. After moving to Ohio I decided to give their Ohio salon a try. Absolutely not. I will never go back.

Nails looked decent but nail tech Tina was insanely rude, wouldn’t stop touching her phone, blamed her mistakes on me (didn’t believe me when I told her the nail color / number and in fact I was correct), VERY rough when filing, and rushed my appointment even though the business is open for three hours after my appointment. Nails looked decent but avoid this salon tech unless this is an emergency nail appointment like I had ! tipped her because I’m a good customer but she definitely needs to work on patience and customer service.

Worst service ever!!!! I recently came to this place for a soak off, the girl on the desk asked me to come back at 12 since i don’t have an appointment. I came back and she told me to sit as it’s going to take few minutes. I sat for 35 minutes (i honestly didn’t mind and was expecting to wait since i didn’t have an appointment). It was finally my turn and everything was fine, i don’t want to mention all the details but about 10 minutes later the girl from front came back and told me this is taking too long and she needs the technician for another customer!?!?!?!! She rushed us and the tech tried to finish up so fast that she ruined my nails!!!! They’re literally about to fall off!!! I came for a simple soak off and left with broken nails!!! If you’re short staffed or had people call off DON’T TAKE WALK INS!!!! If you told me to come back another day i would’ve! I don’t blame the technician it wasn’t her fault as she was only trying to finish up quickly to take the other customer. And they charged me $27 for a soak off????? Never coming back!

Critical: Quality, ValueI got my nails done here on 4/15 in the evening, I got a pedi and a full gel set, I paid nearly $200 for all the services with the tip, it’s now midday through 4/20 (not even a full week later) and 5 of the nails are already lifting from the nails. The pedi was supposed to be an hour and it was only 40/45 min. (Got the hot stone).
