I’d like to preface this by saying we have frequented this establishment a few times and had a positive experience. In fact, my daughter and I had our nails done on 3/24 and were very satisfied. My daughter had tips and dip applied for $50 while I had a gel manicure that I was very satisfied with. Our technicians seemed knowledgeable and friendly.

I am here for thanksgiving and went to a sip and paint in the eton mall when I discovered this place. I decided to give it a shot and unfortunately, I won’t be going back. My nail tech seemed very frustrated and didn’t want to be at work at all. She was coughing the entire time with NO MASK ON. She kept complaining about how bloated she was and how sick she felt and that she wanted to go home. I got nude ombre and I’ve gotten this style many times and her technique was just not good. To top it all off, I got the shortest length and they were $105!!!!!!!! I was in complete shock

Be careful! Had a pedicure this week and woman injured my toenail! I had to tell her not to keep digging into my nail bed. Very painful. I should have left immediately but stayed to have polish applied. Horrible polish application and all the nails had a different shape. Complained to manager who was very rude and didn’t care at all that i was hurt. Will never return there. Used to be a decent place before pandemic. Unfortunately has deteriorated a lot.

Very nice and upscale atmosphere. Prices are slightly below average for a nail salon, but that’s because the extras are more than the average nail salon. For example a basic pedicure is $35 but it doesn’t include exfoliating and dead skin removal. To get the average pedicure offered other places will cost 45. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

Wanted a nice set of nails for Valentine’s Day and the lady kept saying to just paint it one color. I kept asking for one small heart and she said I don’t need it and it would be $10. I told her I just want it on one finger and not all and she said you don’t need it and no one’s going to see it. $10 for one small heart design on a finger is absurd… Charged me so much to do a manicure within 5 minutes and not even do it how I want. My nails look like I did them myself and I’ve never been charged so much for something so basic

First let’s start with the DUST ! The place hasn’t had a deep cleaning in quite some time ! I received a gel manicure ! Half service the tech rushed and rushed. The massage that comes with the manicure was all of 30 seconds same with my pedicure. It’s was rushed water cold. And 1 minute massage. The money I spend and tip ! All I could say was wow. I really use to LOVEE COMING HERE AND RECOMMENDED this place to everyone! However OH NO ! It’s not worth it for THE EXPENSIVE PRICING AND FOR THE PLACE NOT EVEN TO BE CLEAN ! I’m very disappointed and I use to love this place NEEDLESS TO SAY MY MONEY IS VERY PRECIOUS TO ME AND I WILL NOT BE RETURING !

The person handling the phone/appointments was very rude. Not sure what happened to the manager of this salon, but it is overpriced for the quality of work and service. There are plenty of other places to get nails done in Cleveland. I will not be returning to Prive or Zen/Anthony Vince…very few “good” nail techs at these locations.

Coming from someone who used to work/was around in the nail business for majority of their life, my technician did an incredible job not only on my pedicure but also on my gel manicure as well. Given that I have a toe nail nearly coming off, my technician (Merlin) was extremely careful and informative about everything she was doing. I came with a party of three and although the others were a bit ahead of me (because she had to take some time to soak off my gel polish on my hands) she did not rush my pedicure to try to keep up with timing. I appreciated this even though I’m sure many would say otherwise. She took her time and still finished both hands and feet nearly around the same time as the others. Her gel manicure was absolutely incredible and meticulous and not a bit of gel touched my cuticle or skin — that being said, I already know this manicure will last me at least three weeks without peeling/lifting.

Had a gel manicure 1 week ago and it’s already peeling off. The nail technician worked way too fast. Poor manicure and the polish went beyond my cuticles. Disappointing that it didn’t even last 2 weeks for $45 plus tip!
