The ladies that do the services are great…however front desk not so much. Multiple times I’ve gone in for products and they are out. Front desk will put me on a “call list” when they get it in…but I never receive those calls. Then when i randomly pop in the product is there. I feel they shouldn’t offer something if they can’t follow thru.

This was my first time ever going into a Spa. This was a B-day gift that my adult children gave to me. The place is immaculate clean. The receptionist were the sweetest girls ever, so professionals. My appt. was for 2:00pm and I was called in at exactly 2:00pm. I went in for a Swedish Massage and a facial. For the massage I had Jeannie. Jeannie made me feel so comfortable and at ease. The ambiance in the room was perfect. Perfect lighting, and the sound of the ocean and instrumental music were on point. Jeannie hit all the right spots and she kept asking me if I was OK with the way or pressure she was using. It was wonderful. Then for my facial I had Natalia and oh, my goodness, another gem. She also made me feel so calm and at ease and she made me a believer in getting a monthly facial. She was so knowledgeable and so gentle. Too bad that I will be moving out of this area, and because it will be a three hour drive for me, I won’t be able to return. If you do happen to live close by, please make this your SPA place. You won’t regret it. I came out of there feeling so refreshed. Thank you Jeannie and Natalia for being so great.

My wife and I recently moved to Florida from California. For her birthday we decided to do a couples massage at Pristine Spas. The staff there are very friendly. When you walk in you get hit with this relaxation and calming feeling. We had to fill out general information and they make sure you are not sick to protect you and the staff members. On the sheet you can mark where you need the most work done and select the any extra massage add-on you like to do. I selected the aromatherapy with eucalyptus scent. Using this infused oil, it placed me in a relax state during the massage. I had a few knots on my back which they were able to get out. My wife is very picky with massages but she really enjoyed this one. They took out some knots where most of her stress as tighten those back muscles. Immediately after we were done we knew we wanted to continue to come here so we did the membership for $49.95, which is equivalent to 1 point to be used for a massage or facial massage every month. I also gifted my mother a facial massage for her birthday and she came back loving it. Additionally, my friend came from New Jersey, who never received a massage before, also enjoyed how relaxed his body felt. Overall, it’s clean, the masseuse are very knowledgeable and are trained very well to accommodate your body during the massage. I want to mention booking appts are very easy, either on the app vagaro and look for the spa or online. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a spa.
