I booked online at this location. I was rebooked with a different MT, and the time was changed twice. I did not receive a courtesy call/nor communication. I only received notification of the changes. As new customer, this seemed a bit odd. I decided to cancel the appointment entirely and try another place instead. Too bad I did not get to experience what “all the 5 star reviews” are about. Things could’ve been different had there been professional communication.
