Did a great job on my nails but the owner blamed me for her not telling people they are cash only. My fiancé in Canada was trying to buy me $100 of services on his credit card, I would not have done it for myself but ended up having to spend my bill money. And she said I should have asked. Who doesn’t take credit cards? And when they don’t, who’s I want warn their customers? Unfortunate but won’t return, not down for business who take advantage of and then blame their customers.

I have been coming here for over a year. The staff is very nice, however the owner is very unprofessional. I had an appointment today at 9:30am with my usual two ladies for gel acrylic fill and pedicure. My pedicure lady was told by the owner to see two other walk in clients before me. It took 2 hours for me to get my nails done. When I asked if they would please not do that next time, i was told by Tammy the owner that she cannot guarantee the appointment time. If she’s busy i will have to wait or come in on two separate days for nails and pedicure. Very unprofessional response. Instead of apologizing for making me wait!! On top of all that she charges me a different amount each time I go. Today was $10 more than what I usually pay. Very sad how bad management can ruin a customer experience.

This is my most favorite nails salon in town. They did a very good acrylic job, my acrylic nails stayed very long and strong. I was impressed about their huge selection of colors, and furthermore, each of their colors is pretty. I tried many different colors and still didn’t feel disappointed at any time. The salon was so clean and well organized with a walkway in the middle, I walked all the way through without hitting any chair or table. 5 stars for the services and environment.

They really are one of the best nail salons out there. Reason being, every one of the employees do a great job. In my experience other salons have one maybe two people that bring in repeat customers however here, it’s amazing. I dont have to make an appointment just with one person any one of them can do it. Every single time I’d go there, it was a perfect experience. Love this place.

This is a great place to do nails and relax. I love their pedicure spa chairs that face to the glass window.
