07/15/2022 – I had my nails done today and wasn’t very happy with it. The gel polish was on top of my cuticle. I’m not sure if it’s because the color is too light so it’s hard to see. Not sure but it’s not worth the price I paid for.

If I can rate this place 0 stars, I would. Last night 03/28/22 I had an appointment scheduled at 6:15pm for a French manicure & regular pedicure. I arrived and they didn’t take me until 6:45pm. (They close at 7:30) The nail tech removed my previous dip powder on my hands and preceded to do my regular pedicure. After, he sat me down to do my French manicure, at first it came out fine until he checked his phone & it said 7:40pm. (I am now the last customer because they took me late with an appointment). He rushed the other hand, put my hand in front of the fan for not even 2 minutes & said it’s dry. (He didn’t even put the lotion on my hands because time ran out). I paid $69 in total because I gave him a $9 tip. $35 for French manicure & $25 for pedicure.

I get my nails done here every 3 weeks. I am currently sitting here over 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to fix one single nail after I originally got my nails done less than a week ago. That’s right, I made an appointment and am still sitting here over 30 minutes past – all for one single nail. Efficient? Absolutely not. Respectful of loyal clientele? Absolutely not.

Critical: Quality, ValueOver priced for bare minimum quality… I was charged 20$ for a refill 26$ for shape and 10$ for gel the shape was not even what I wanted and the paint was sloppy in total I paid 137$ for my toes and gel and it was the laziest pedicure I’ve ever gotten for 45$ I was expecting top notch in Orlando but it looks like you get better quality in the hood I feel robbed… not to mention my partner get charged for a less then 10 min pedi no color for 35$ …. My daughter and a group of her friends had theirs nails done at Pristine for their upcoming Homecoming. The salon wildly overcharged each of the girls for the services they received. My daughter was charged $85 for a $40 service. The receipt stated a price quote, which was never actually quoted to my daughter or any of her friends. It’s absolutely appalling that this salon would take advantage of a group of 15 year olds and engage in such sleazy and unethical behavior. Strongly do not recommend this salon.

Last few pedicures here have been mediocre at best. Each step is done so minimally, with no attention to detail. Cuticles are not trimmed, dead skin/calluses were not given proper attention. I want to like this nail salon because the location is so,convenient, and I have had great experiences in the past, but will not go back at this point. Such a shame because I’ve been a loyal client and have shared my concerns. But no one has addressed my negative experiences.

I’ve gone to Tu previously and have had great experiences. Unfortunately, my nails came out nothing like the photo that I showed. I asked her to fix them, and It started coming out completely worse then before, so I asked her to stop. I was then charged an extra $5 for having them fixed? Arrived at salon an the technician attended me for a broken acrylic nail. After only one week with them one broke and the nail technician instead of removing the rest of the nail with acetone, she got a nail extension and started ripping it off hurting me a few times. Not only that but also, she cut the added nail without comparing it with the other nails so it was way shorter than my other nails. When I said if she could make it longer as it is clearly not the same length, she wanted to trim all the well done nails only for her mistake. She also did not compared colors and applied a blue completely darker than mine and started applying my color on top of that color. This salon for sure needs to train its employees before asking for so much money from us. (I’ve been at this salon for 3 years and this 2 last visits were bad)

Best experience in my two decades of trying nail salons across the country. I chose the deluxe tropical pedi.. fresh oranges in my massage.. it was worth every penny!!! This salon is clean, welcoming and provides quality services. My eyebrows, pedi and acrylic fill in were completed by Thu (pronounced like too) Can’t wait to return!
