We were looking for a place that would pierce my 16yr old sons nose. We called everyone, she came thru!!! She was in the middle of finishing a tattoo, she was behind that day, (she owns and runs it alone) and told us she was so sorry but she had an emergency come up and was behind. Then she said wait, we are about to take a break, I’ll get him hooked up. She did. She’s awesome!!

Sent my $50 deposit for a tattoo but then the artist quit 2 days later. I asked the owner Christy to return my money so I can go somewhere else but she flat out refused. She said it was not her responsibility to return my money but she would offer shop credit. I did not want shop credit, I just want my $50 back. I don’t like feeling forced to get my tattoo done here because she won’t return my money.

We put our name on the list at 12:24 PM I was contacted at 530 PM to let me know that they were booked and I couldn’t be fit in. I then went into the shop and was asked questions. Log story short, a very bad experience was turned into a awesome experience by Voda at Prismatic Pulse Tattoo. Our experience there was nothing but the most professional and pleasing. My son is autistic and Voda took her time with him and was very patient. She then ran another tat on me . Our tattoos were memorial tattoos for my son that passed away.
