I got a haircut from Elise B. a few weeks ago and it was such a great experience! Overall, the vibes are immaculate at Prism Hair. Everyone is very friendly and the salon is super clean and cute! Elise was super welcoming and she was also very attentive to what I wanted. She was very patient with me even though I kept changing my mind about whether I wanted bangs or not! Highly recommend Prism Hair!!

I had the most incredible experience with Elise T. She flawlessly executed my vision and I appreciated her kindness and compassion throughout the appointment. Elise T. treated me with respect and I appreciate her holding space for me. Going into this appointment, I had my doubts if there was a haircut that would give my hair volume and movement while being low maintenance. I walked out of PRISM with the haircut of my dreams. I met Susannah in 2018 when I was on a commercial production in LA and went into The Local Salon which was next to where we were filming. I had such a great experience so I started following her on Instagram. I was thrilled to see she was moving back to Richmond since I am in the city every 6 weeks. I finally made it to Prism and was not disappointed! I have grey/white hair and the products and the blowout were amazing! Treat yourself – you will not be disappointed. You will thank me!

I’ve been seeing Elise T. for almost a year now for color and cut and trust her with more than my hair. I absolutely had to follow her to Prism and was not disappointed. The staff is friendly and it’s a great environment. I can’t say enough great things about Elise T. She understands what I’m looking for when explaining my inspiration and then translates it best for my hair and face shape. I feel transformed even when I don’t do a big change. She’s the easiest person to talk to as well, so I felt comfortable in the beginning when explaining my wants and concerns. Great overall hair care experience.

I had a fantastic experience at Prism! Bre was so kind, energetic, knowledgeable, non-judgmental and supportive with my transformation. I had a horrible box color situation and after many hours, she magically turned my hair into exactly what I was looking for: a foilage and root color. We also created a plan to put in a few more lighter pops in the future. I loved my appointment so much, that I booked two more in the coming months! The salon itself is super cute, incredibly inclusive, welcoming and in a great location! I’ve already recommended Prism to multiple folks!
