At 10:53 am walked into this location. The lady at the desk said hello ( didn’t smile). She said do you have an appointment? I said no , she said yeah we are booked and we can not take you. I asked about walk ins and she said no! We have all appointments and the next one is Friday. I was shocked no walk ins were being taken. Then she just stared at me waiting for me to leave or make an appointment. I felt like this establishment has a particular clientele and I didn’t fit that. So just for that reason alone I would not recommend this place to anyone. First impression is everything and they failed.

I spent many years searching and hopping from place to place after my old Italian barber retired and passed away and I never found someone with the skill and the attention to detail that I found with Kate. She really is a master barber in every sense. All the barbers here seem to be highly competent and busy, so be sure to plan your schedule a couple weeks in advance.

Principle barbershop is the only place you should be getting your haircuts from. The staff is super friendly and will get you exactly the haircut that you have want or dreamed of. I have been going here since they opened which has been for about 4 + years now and have never been dissatisfied once. Everyone there knows what they are doing and you always leave looking like a boss. So if you are looking for a new place to get a haircut, beard trim, etc then look no further and head to principle barbershop today because after that you won’t go anywhere else, I promise you that 😉

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityCOMMUNICATION/CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE1) They do not answer the phone…and their message says they do not due to short staff. That’s now been 3+ months. It also says they don’t check messages…right before it beeps for messages.2) The website sucks. You cannot change appointments, but worse, it requires that you register a credit card to make an appointment, SO THEY CAN CHARGE IT WHEN THEY FEEL COMPELLED TO DO SO. Seriously???3) I was there nearly 4 weeks ago, I made an appointment. It was not entered. I called to f/u. No answer. No way to check online…or make an online change. I responded to the appointment email, but was was asked to provide my name and phone number. My name is in my email. My number is in my signature line. Finally got a call and changed it. Should be simple? Now, I have business meeting change and I have to change the make-good appointment.
