After asking for a second adjustment to my cut the barber told me “that would be a completely new cut and I have people waiting.” The barbers are also generally rude and condesending. Haircut was fine nothing special but customer service was awful. Myself and other customers were being rudely yelled at when asked to step outside. A man was yelled at for putting his backpack on the ground. They were very worried about blocking stuff. Whatever it was we were blocking I did not know nor understand. Try someplace else.

The short lady who did my hair cut was impatient and rude. The blond lady who wears glass is also rude. The way she talked is disrespectful when she said I have to leave my ID to her if I want to withdraw cash to pay after. I won’t go to them again. The good thing about the barbershop is no appointments needed and only walk-ins.

A nice space in a great location – soon to be expanded. The barbers (almost all female) vary somewhat in quality, from excellent to decent. I’ve never gotten a bad cut in ten years or so, but some have lasted well and some haven’t For $20 it’s a pretty good deal
