absolutely upsetting. came to the store for a silk press and a little trim- ended up leaving with uneven ends,stick hair and just an FYI i have soft and thin hair- it was extremely unprofessional and on top of that she decided to add edge wax jus to not know how to do edges… TOTALLY DO NOT recommend! (she overcharged me just for her to do a bad job)
