WORST ACRYLICS I HAVE EVER GOTTEN. so ugly and i hate them. have to go to a wedding in them. didn’t listen to me at all and extremely messy and SLOW, took THREE HOURS for one full set and tried to charge me 90 for simple long french tips, only to lower it down to 80 which is still way too much. left to do a ladys eyebrows halfway and only told me the price when she was halfway done so i couldn’t even say no. awful service, awful nails. wrong color and chunky glitter instead of fine glitter. cut my fingers too. never coming back here and RIPPING THESE AWWWFFFF. i shouldve trusted the awful reviews.

As a man, I too love to look my best and get pampered. I been going to this place for over 10 year with my mother, sister and sister in law. I never had any issues with anyone. They are very nice and profesional. The owner knows me by now and has always asked how I am doing and if everything is good. I love going. They changed their crew over the years but they still do an amazing job.

Wish I should’ve taken the bad reviews from this place a lot more serious.. I thought people were just being Karen’s.. but here I am being a Karen.. My experience at this place was not pleasant.. the prices for their services are outrageous considering the quality of their work.. I got a pedicure that cost $40 and I didn’t even get my cuticles cut.. my acrylics came out looking as if a 5 year old had done them.. they have “10% off” your nail services only during the weekdays but it’s not offered to you unless you ask.. this will be my first and last time getting my nails done at this place.. will continue making my drive to my favorite Bay Area nail salon.

Horrible I would not suggest or recommend this place to anyone. I called last Friday told them that my nails were sculpted and that my aunt and myself were in need of a fill. I asked them if they sculpted nails they said yes. Perfect, so I scheduled an appt. For Monday 10 am. So when my aunt and I went in they sat my aunt down first. Began filing and they noticed one nail that was lifting but when they took it off the lady started trying to find a nail tip to glue on. “Oh no, I don’t want that tip glued on my nail, mine are sculpted and that one will need to be sculpted as well thank you. ” the lady did NOT listen snatched up my aunts hand and continued to glue a nail tip on her finger. So she told her again “I don’t want that, and since you won’t listen I am leaving.” Then the lady told her to sit down that its fine. Unaware of what was happening, my aunt called me over. And when I realized what she did, I told the lady we were done here that my aunt wanted to know how much for the work she did do( only filing down her nails and glued a tip on ) she proceeded to tell us again that it was fine, no its not fine we were under the impression you sculpted nails here, you refuse to listen to the customer so we are leaving. We paid her 5 dollars and left. LUDACRIS don’t go here!!!!!

She rushed through the service and seemed to put forth very minimal effort. She was much more interested in the side conversations she was having with the employees next to her. Instead of a massage, she quickly wiped some lotion on my legs. The polish was horrible. I pointed out a couple areas of the polish that I was unhappy with and she attempted to fix it. It didn’t look any better when she was done so I opted to just dry my toes and leave. It is so disappointing to pay money and take some time out for yourself, only to leave unhappy.
