this is the best nail salon. Been going here for months now. I had a crack in my nail they fixed it and added another layer of powder gel on top free of charge and then proceeded to give me a 5$ off coupon to use next time. Mary the owner is very kind and personable. The rates are very reasonable and the quality is so far so good. They have great hours and are often avail for walk ins which is nice. They get you in and out in a timely manner. Close to my house so I’m happy to have found Princess Nails

I got an acrylic – set I usually go to a different place, but I did not have an appointment. For some reason they had one person doing my nails then the man got up, left me at the table for about 20 minutes and a girl came a finished my nails. I wouldn’t be leaving this review if the quality was decent, however the nails only lasted about a week and a half. Normally when I get tips anywhere else they last 2 weeks at LEAST. They were thin cheaply done with absolutely no consideration, I will never be going here again.

Nails are filed very unnevenly. Extremely unpleasant experience. Over crowded, way too loud, not a pleasant place at all. Zero social distancing or extra sanitation in use. Literally would give this place negative stars if I could. Extremely rude and unporfessional. It is very unclear if they clean/sanitize/sterlize their tools. Nails are filed very unnevenly. I’ve always had a problem with them taking people before me with an appointment but now is even worse. The place is jam packed, taking walk ins over people with appointments. People are waiting all over the place- no social distancing whatsoever. Take a note from other nail places and only take people strictly with appointments. This has always been my nail place but after today I will not be coming back. I’ve always had a problem with them taking people before me with an appointment but now is even worse. The place is jam packed, taking walk ins over people with appointments. People are waiting all over the place- no social distancing whatsoever.
