Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI called a day ahead and scheduled an appointment for 10 am. I get there at 10 am and the salon wasn’t even open. They got there around 10:13 am and then proceeded to tell me “why are you so early”. They then took around 30 minutes to even start doing my nails. I told the lady I want almond nails, she didn’t clean my cuticles and left a white stripe on my nail. Also didn’t clean the back and these don’t reflect anything to the proper way almond nails are supposed to look. What I wanted is the last picture and this is what I got :/ don’t recommend coming here. I called a day ahead and scheduled an appointment for 10 am. I get there at 10 am and the salon wasn’t even open. They got there around 10:13 am and then proceeded to tell me “why are you so early”. Critical: ProfessionalismI am so disappointed in this place. Literally left In tears… I’ve been coming here for a bit before the Covid … I have never had this experience. I know things are different but this still gives them no excuse.First red flag – I called a week ahead of time to schedule an appointment for a Friday my day off …. I get a call that following Monday saying I missed my appointment. I called back and told them no I scheduled for Friday. She said ok you missed your appointment we can reschedule you …. I said no I did not miss my appointment but yes I would like to be rescheduled please. So they rescheduled me.Red flag 2- they call me to be seated and I’m waiting for my nail tech too do my nails. She’s on the phone scheduling appointments… eh whatever didn’t bother me I’m an understanding person. Then before you know it she’s chopping my nails off 🙁 ugh I’m so devastated. I grew out my nails to do a gel mani pedi and she chopped my nails off like I was getting a full set. I asked her what she was doing …. and she said you wanted full set and I said no that’s not what I wanted l wanted a gel mani pedi … that’s what I made the appointment for … and I actually even told her when I got there I wanted a mani pedi …. she acknowledged me too … if you really couldn’t hear me from the mask then maybe you should have asked me what I wanted done to make sure instead of just acting like you knew what i wanted. Now my nails are short and you can’t fix that only time can. Please princess nails ask your customers what they want to confirm … what I went through no one should have to go through….I am so disappointed in this place.
