My only regret is I didn’t get my technicians’ names, so I can give them proper credit. This nail salon is unique. It’s small and ran a little differently than you may have experienced other places, but I absolutely love the thorough job they both did!! (Something a little fun for the summer. ) Both ladies were personable, pleasantly chatty, and quite talented. Highly recommend! Thank you ladies!

I took my grandkids and daughter. They man wouldn’t listen to what my grand daughter wanted and he didn’t listen to what my daughter want. They were very unhappy and the girl stayed on the phone the whole time and kept hurting my other grand daughter and she wouldn’t listen to what she wanted. We’re all in agreement that we won’t go back. To many nail salons out there to do shabby work and not listen to your clients.

I went & got my toes & nails done about a week ago & needless to say it was disappointing. The white girl with long hair was rude to other employees & customers & talked sh*t about her previous job at Chaus the majority of the time she’s very unprofessional. the lady who done my toes scrubbed my foot until it bled which was definitely an accident she was very sweet about the incident… it’s still healing after antibiotic treatment. I’m satisfied with the outcome of my nails but the service was horrible I will be sticking to Chaus.

When I first started coming about 2 years ago it was awesome! The staff and atmosphere were amazing and always did an amazing job. My last few visits seem to have gone downhill tho. Eric and Miguel and Ni are usially great but I’m not so sure about some of the other staff and even they seem to rush through things. Steps are skipped on full pedicures, things are rushed and not done as neatly. I understand sometimes they are very busy but when you pay 100+ for full pedicure and nails, quality matters. It went from feeling like a full service that was fun and relaxing to feeling rushed and inadequate. May check other places for my next time.

Ever since I have been going to Princess Nails I have felt like the customer does not matter. I felt rushed and if I asked for my nails to be done a certain way they do not get done like I asked. For example, I love my nails squared, I have asked several times for this but they do what they want. The owner and Eric seem to have respect of persons and they only do certain people’s nails. The last experience I had was the owner ignoring me while I was talking to her, she handled my nails and hands roughly and she cut my nails really short, passing me off to another person to finish them. I asked him not to file my nails any shorter but proceeded to file my nails til had no more. One of the staff’s explanation was that he didn’t speak good English so he didn’t understand me. My nails were ruined. I will not recommend Princess Nails to Black people because when black people walk in the owner does not greet them, but when white people walk in she greets them and asks can she help them

Have been using this nail salon about 2 years if not longer and received amazing service. That was until today. I got there around 10 this morning (after driving almost an hour to get there) and they were already slammed packed so Eric told me to come back at 11, okay that’s fine, I understand because they were busy. I go back at 11 and I still have to wait because they are still busy. I sat there 45 minutes waiting to get my nails done. As I’m sitting there a woman with 2 kids walk in and Eric automatically tells her to sit down at a nail station. When I asked how much longer it was going to be for me he caught a whole attitude saying he doesn’t know how much longer. Needless to say, I walked out and probably won’t go back. Think it’s time I find another nail salon to spend my money at ($100+ every time I went)
