This place is okay. They did a decent job on my manicure My pedicure turned out really nice other than the fact that the wax was so hot it was almost scalding and I’ve had my feet dipped in wax before and it never felt so boiling hot in my life but other than that my pedicure was fine My biggest problem was this place is that all I got was a manicure and a pedicure with gel polish I did not get anything extra added to my nails No sparkles no glitter no stones nothing and my total came up to $91 They are extremely expensive in my opinion and the woman who did my manicure , She just used cool tap water in a bowl with some stones that are from like Dollar tree and stuck my hand in that I have never had them do that before I’ve always had warm water and I’ve had my nails brushed with a little nail brush and everything for $15 in the past at other. places so yeah after tipping them and paying for all of that I spent $101 just for a manicure and a pedicure it’s insane. I guess that would be the last time I go to their salon.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe guy doing my nails was super aggressive for no reason.Shaking my hand hard, tossing my finger after filing which would lead to him basically tossing my hand.He did not ask me what I wanted . After calling the shop to verify if they had dip powder and was told that they do, I sit in the chair and the lady states we don’t dip the nails we brush it on . That’s was strike 1. I agreed to let her brush it on because she explained “it’s the same as dipping” . She proceeds to do my nails I asked her to keep my natural shape …… My cuticles are flooded with paint , my nails are tender to touch because she over filed them and my nails are not my natural shape . Not to mention the “dip color” is extremely thin . My nails are already thin that’s why I’m always do DIP powder. I will not be returning to this shop.

So, I’ve been here a few times and I can honestly say your experience is 100% dependent on the nail tech. I’ve been super impressed a few times and I’ve left a bit underwhelmed a few times. This last experience was 95 minutes from walking in and walking out after paying. I had a full set pink & white done and was considering a pedicure. After the first 50 minutes I decided to skip the pedi. It wasn’t busy – I was the only customer and there were 3 employees there. After a little back and forth with Google pictures of a basic French manicure my nail tech & I were on the same page. It was $56.10 before the tip. My best experience here was with Sandra – definitely ask for her.

I typically get the same services (eyebrows, full set, gel toenails color change). However each time…. The price went up. The more I came, the more I had to spend for the same services. There were two times that I’ve stated what I wanted, showed picture examples (literally will leave my phone unlocked with the picture up for them) and I will be told “that’s not pretty, I’ll do this instead. When I reject that design someone comes over and they begin to communicate and then Try to convince me the design I want (which are usually just bordered) was not pretty… I decline and they still do it anyway. And when I asked to take it off, I was told that their appt was coming and Itll be about 1-2 hour wait… I understand full set nail prices may vary based on length and design but for my eyebrows and toe color change to increase EACH time… is kind of annoying.My finally straw was me coming to get their latest set removed (because they were not designed to my liking and I was not waiting an additional two hours). They of Course continue to question why I wanted to remove them and that it was a “waste” but worse of all he filed and filed the nail and my nail so bad, my nails and nail beds were in pain for a couple weeks. I typically get the same services (eyebrows, full set, gel toenails color change). However each time…. The price went up. The more I came, the more I had to spend for the same services. So I did it was for myself and my dad for Father’s day. He and I really enjoyed our pedicures. I also got a fill. The man did a great job on my fill. The nails on my right hand are twice as long as the ones on my left hand.
