Critical: Quality, ValueWhen I first started going to Princess Nails she was very good. But as months passed, she started rushing every time and I became disappointed. For months I tried another business, when I decided to go back and get a fill in and a deluxe pedicure, she scrapped my feet so hard that my feet bled and were very sore for two weeks. She didn’t rub my legs at all she just quickly rubbed lotion on them. I paid for a deluxe pedicure and i don’t mind paying good money for a great pedicure because I am on my feet for 10 plus hours and have arthritis in my left foot. When she offered a refund for my pedicure, she only gave a partial refund. Needless to say I won’t be back or recommend her anymore. If I’m paying anywhere from $50 to $70 for a pedicure, I expect to be pampered and feel good at the end.Services: Acrylic nails, PedicureWhen I first started going to Princess Nails she was very good. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI made an appointment and there was only one lady there. She was fantastic. She did a great job. Well above my expectations. The price was reasonable and I would definitely return and hope others will as well. Thank you so much for your patience and technique.Services: Manicure, Pedicure

Critical: QualityThe lady rushed through and my daughter’s nails (for prom) look absolutely horrible. My daughter is in tears. $55 wasted. Went back to her a couple hours later and all she did was file on a few of them, which doesn’t come close to resolving the issue.Service: Gel manicures

Critical: CleanlinessMy 2 granddaughters and I visited this place. There was only 1 lady working. My granddaughters each got polish on their fingernails $8 each and toenails were $10 each – nothing special was done – I thought they would get a foot soak but my mistake for not understanding this service (I live in Ohio and we would have gotten a foot soak included in the price) I was supposed to get a pedicure with regular toenail polish – which to me should have included the foot soak…wrong again! All I got was polish for $15.Then I got a manicure with gel polish…I got the dremel used to smooth the nails but then all I got was the gel polish and a heat lamp to dry my fingernails …nothing was done for my cuticles and this was $25. I will never visit this salon again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else! There were mixed reviews on this place and the only reason we went here was because The Palm nail salon was closed – should have kept researching!Services: Manicure, PedicureMy 2 granddaughters and I visited this place.
