I hate to have to leave this review but I’d rather do so and help others save their time and money. Everything was fine at first, but I did notice they lady was rushing the nails but I understand some work on both walk-ins and appointments. I tried to be nice and correct the first gem layout (as it was going sideways) but she just tapped the gems and claimed it was “fixed” even though it was still the same since it was already cured. I tried to not be picky but after seeing the shape from certain fingers, it was starting to bother me. I ended up paying $75 and left no tip because I wasn’t happy with them. Not even 20 minutes later and 3 gems fell off. So I returned to get my money back and they said they weren’t going to give a refund. The lady offered to fix it but I was already upset she didn’t listen to me the first time on the shape and gems. She was also beginning to get upset about my concerns of the shape and gems. Also after paying attention to the gems, 4 of them were upside down with the flat part on top. No attention to detail. I understand some places work under commission which causes pressure on their employees but as customers, we deserve to get what we pay for. I ended up going to Top Nails and Spa in Santa Maria the same day as a walk-in and the nail tech Jackie is amazing! Only charged me $25 to fix all the nails AND the design as I wanted to forget the previous set. I had not noticed before I first left Princess, but Princess Nails forgot to apply cuticle nail after the set was complete and Top nails did so and massaged the cuticles too. I hope this helps as constructive criticism to this particular tech on paying attention to detail and to take their time on the shape direction. I added the pictures of the set from Top Nails as well.

Nails chipped off after two days. Went back to get them fixed because a $50 dip service should last more than two days and they were rude and tried to say it was my fault. They argued for awhile and then sloppily “fixed” them. This photo is AFTER they “repaired” the nails. I asked him if he would be satisfied if these nails were on him. He said yes, they are good. There are still sharp places I’ll have to fix at home. Completely dissatisfied.

Absolutely love this place. The nails are always on point. They are quick without making you feel rushed. They do not over file your skin away. I have never experienced pain yet when getting mani or pedi. The massage chairs are so wonderful and relaxing. Music played is relaxing and still music you once heard before. Supe enjoyable. Sony did my full today and did such a great job They look like a new set. Thank you. And yes I absolutely recommend this place to all.

I had two broken nails that were really badly broken.. I called in advance to make sure that they did the dipped nail service. They said yes and gave me a price over the phone. Then I got there and they told me they did only acrylics. They did it to get me in the door . I insisted that I wanted dipped nails. Because it looks natural , and the product is thin and light weight . They pushed me and pushed me to get acrylic nails. They told me that they do not fix nails. I had all my natural nails They cut off all my natural nails and gave me tips. So they could charge me for a full set . This place is only out to get your money they don’t care about Customer Service . Very unhappy with my service . I do not recommend this place if you need to do a quick fix or if you want to keep your natural nails , save your self a disappointment . Horrible experience ! Wish I could give no stars .

I’m a HUGE FAN of their Hybrid Gel application for good reason; for one, it’s better for your nails, stronger like acrylics, and is faster than dip.
