Critical: QualityPlease save your money!!! Worst place I ever got acrylic nails from!! The pedicures are good but I got my nails done 5/30/21 and on 6/1/21 the polish which was gel turned to a dirty brown color in two day!! I haven’t been anywhere or done anything to make this reaction happen. They also rushed on my nails!!Services: Acrylic nails, Pedicure

Critical: Quality, ValueAbsolutely do NOT recommend. I came a week ago and my nails are already breaking off. I called to ask them if they would fix it and was laughed at and told that I would have to pay for repairs. Additionally, they charged way more than it said on their board and would not explain the upcharge or negotiate the price. Absolutely do NOT recommend. I came a week ago and my nails are already breaking off. I called to ask them if they would fix it and was laughed at and told that I would have to pay for repairs. Additionally, they charged way more than it said on their board and would not explain the upcharge or negotiate the price. If you value your time and money, don’t waste it going here.

Critical: ProfessionalismI have been here plenty of times before and they are hit or miss. Consistency is key when it comes to Customer Service. We had to wait which is no problem .. I take me and my two girls to get our nails done. While we were waiting we walked up to pick out our colors and sat back down to wait until called the technician rudely walked up to me and my two daughters and took the nail swatches from us claiming that someone wanted to look at the swatches and put them back up on the rack. Meanwhile they had other customers with the swatches waiting as well and they didn’t give them the same service as they had given us. So we got up and walked out. I won’t beg for a business to take 200.00 from me. And trust me when I say people always ask me where I get my nails done due to the type of business I run … guess who won’t be recommending Princess Nails.
