Went on a girls weekend and called to make appointment, they acted put out and said they could work us in, when we got there, literally no other customers. Even though we were there together, they wouldn’t put my friend and I next to each other because his box was at different station? He did a horrible job and instead of cutting my cuticles, just pushed them around and when he painted it was pale and rushed, I could have done better myself. I stopped before the pedicure because I saw how bad they did on manicure. Don’t waste your money.

I was able to walk in here after the spa I’d inquired with online and by phone didn’t return my inquiries. I could T have been happier with the service I got and it was half the price of the spa I was trying to go to. The gentleman who helped me was personable but not intrusive, I got a great foot massage with my pedi and my nails and feet look great!

I’ve been going here for two years, and have literally zero complaints!! I always go to Allen, who always greets me, remembers my color (&usually has it pulled), asks about my family and life and work. I used to get gel there, but have now started getting dip. And I love them every time. They are so gentle, and kind.

Maybe 3.5 stars….. The decor is super cute, the 2 employees are really nice, and the man gives the best foot rub! When it was our turn we each got a very decent pedicure. It wasn’t perfect, but the messaging made up for it.

I made an appointment for gel, and expected to have manicure as well. I had never asked my nail artist at other places for mani. They do it anyway. However, at Princess nail, she didn’t do it since she told me I have just made an appointment for gel, not manicure, and she said that she asked me at the beginning of my session if I wanted mani and I said no! Honestly, since she was wearing mask or for whatever reason, I didn’t remember that. But even if that’s the case, She didn’t even clean around my nails for this reason and my nails looked messy. Cleaning around the nails after applying the gel has nothing to do with manicure! That was disappointing!

My pedicure was great! What was even better were the massage chairs! They are amazing! Is like getting two services for the price of one. The place is clean and comfortable. Even the chairs in the waiting area and drying station are comfortable. I have finally found my “go to” for pedicures.
