Had an early appointment, so no wait. I asked if they could do an American manicure. (It is like a French manicure but much more subdued using a cream color that fades in to the light natural pink of the nail bed) The man said “no we stopped doing those about 10 years ago. I asked if he’d like a picture and he said that he knew what it was and reiterated the description of it. I said yes! He said again that they stopped doing that. I said “okay then, in that case I will only get my feet done as work won’t allow anything else on my fingernails.” The lady did my gel French manicure on my feet and it looked great. She handed me off to the man (owner?) and said he’d do my gel nails. I thought GREAT! But he was careless with the cuticle cutter doing a lot of unnecessary movements of clipping air. It was odd. I was uncomfortable that he was not wearing gloves as he had a large scaly and peeling skin condition on his thumb up to the base of his hand where my hand had to rest on his. I tried to convince myself that it was “probably just eczema” but he deals with feet and hands all day so that was not entirely convincing to even myself. Imagine my surprise when he pulls out white to do the tips. I reminded him that I was not authorized any other color but the American manicure and he joked that my employer should change the rules. I just stared at him but then just said, well I can’t have the French so can you just get the dirt out from under my nails? He said that my nails are too short and it would hurt if he tried. ?? So I just got up, paid, and left. If they had had nail brushes at the sink, I would have just cleaned them myself but when I asked for them I was told “we don’t use brushes any more.” ?? Definitely not a place I’d go to spend $111 to leave with dry cracked hands and dirty fingernails with pretty polish no matter how nice my feet looked.

By far the best nail salon I have been to. My job requires a lot of work with my hands and wearing gloves. Any other places I have went for gel manicures they only last a couple days. I get 2 weeks with Princess Nails! I can’t believe I found a place where they actually last. The techs here actually care about their work and take pride in it. She noticed that 2 of my nails were splitting and would eventually break so she put an acrylic overlay on with no extra charge. Had that been any other place they would just slap polish on and call it a day. I will continue to come here and recommend them to anyone. Also pricing is very fair!

For it being a corner shop it was better than any other 1 I’ve been to but was still very unhappy with the results so I went home n immediately made changes. However, I am a licensed nail artist/technician that’s been doing nails over 30 years so I Kno. I only went there to be “pampered” cause I had a HORRIBLE week… Bad idea… But I had to tell the girl to use dehydrator and primer n then she only primed? There was NO cuticle work assure from e-file. The polish was applied lumpy and nails were lumpy and imbalanced. They were thicker in the back where the cuticle was where it should b thin. The nails that she applied in beginning weren’t even adhered in the center causing them to break to soon. There was acrylic all the way up to my knuckles. Before she polished I asked if she could shape the pointer better around the cuticle cause it was wider than the equator around the left side. She filed it down but not completely. It wasn’t worth the 100.00 I paid!!! If they were dun properly I would have paid the 100.00 and added a 20.00 tip. If it weren’t for having a new phone I would post b4 and after pics. Sorry for that. But I testify to everything I wrote being 100%TRUE.

Only downside was the wait but that’s to be expected at any walk on nail salon. First time being their. Comfy seating area whole you wait, nail techs definitely know what they are doing. I love love love my nails. Exactly what I wanted I will be returning for a fill in a few weeks and a pedicure. Staff was kind and funny. Prices were very reasonable. Costs less than 100$ for me and a friend to get nails done . She got acrylic and airbrush. I got a gel set . Definitely the place I’ll be continuing to go.

They all do a great job there I can honestly say! Lisa is my go to and she does a wonderful job fitting me in without an appt generally(I’m last minute usually lol.) My nails Always Last! dont have to worry about them breaking, chipping, or lifting. great place solid fills, accommodating and friendly techs

Absolutely reccomend! The staff was fun and friendly, engaging in conversation and makong you feel comfortable the moment you walk In the door. Very precise and swift with the work they do, and even best at a great price! And my nails are just gorgeous! I will be returning here for sure!
