I just left this place. The owner is so rude. He is the only one in the shop that does nails….. everyone else is doing pedicures or just painting nails. This causes for a wait time that is ridiculous. The door of the shop clearly says that they close at 7:00, but he was rushing people out and telling them that he didn’t have time to service them for the day at 4:00! I asked to have my eyebrows arched, which he doesn’t even do, and he stated that they didn’t have time for that. I will NEVER return.

As a African American customer, I will not be coming back. The guy, owner of the shop, was overall rough and hurt my cuticles with the drill. Snatching my hands, just very aggressive. He also did my eyebrows after I wanted the woman to do them. He was rough waxing my eyebrows, didn’t sanitize them right and left them swell. By the end my total was $50 but he told me $55 after that and when I asked for a receipt he gave me my money back after I was unsatisfied with my brows. He still did not give my receipt

I will never in my life return to this place. The owner, Lee is so rude and ignorant. I’ve been coming for 5 years and use to love their work. On yesterday I showed Lee what I wanted he instantly said “I don’t know how to do that” I told him “no problem” even though I just wanted my tips painted pink with rhinestones near the cuticles. As you can see he gave me what he wanted. He told me the request I wanted was “too much work.” He gave me chunky, old and outdated nails. He charged me $105 for this set Also my daughter got a full set. As she was trying to pick her gel color he yelled at her and said “ma’am I don’t have time for you to pick a color. You come now” he also gave her what he wanted. Short, chunky nails. I was supposed to have my eyebrows waxed but when it was my turn he told me to come back another day because the waxer was busy. She was only finishing up a manicure. I’m getting my nails soaked off today.

I took my daughters and myself too go get our nails done as well as an pedicure. He suggested I get the power gel on my nails which was my very first time ever doing them like that. Sadly he charged me $110 for gel toenails and power gel mani I. And charged my daugthers ages 16 and 18 $80. Which one daugther received gel on acrylics and the other daugther a short gel mani on her real nails as welI. I was like wow.And being grateful because it was my daugther’s sweetsixteen and my hubby and our 21st anniversary weekend same day the 17th, I gave him an extra $10.00 tip. Well today I am back from last weekend because my mani turned my nails green in the inside. I quietly went back to tell him that I wanted those off. He suggested to give me a gel mani on top without cleaning my nails and sawing the green off the top. I was like will this to away and I know he is not going to charge me and guess what he did. He charged me $30.00 and said it was my fault because water gets under our nails after wetting them. I was like Wow Wow…what. I am hurt and very dissapointed because I gave you way too much over last time and you still charge me. I decided to try this nail salon since it’s in the area. Upon enetering nail owner/manager had NO MASK AT ALL. He did not have a welcoming demeanor nor did he speak. The hispanic nail tech who did my pedi was super friendly . I’ve never had a pedi this fast in my life (not good). Literally spent 5 to 13 mins on toes w/ minor foot scraping then hot rocks & hot towel (which was also super quick-2 mins top) and then polish. My feet are not in bad shape, but more time could have been spent..missed some cuticle trimming and feet still had some dead skin. The job felt rushed though the shop was pretty empty. I will not be back.
