Worst nail experience to date. My nails not only look terrible!!! But also the guy doing my nails cut me under my nail with his high speed file. When they removed my original dip it got all over my fingers and instead of cleaning it up he began to just work on my nails until he noticed me trying to pick off the bits of dried dip on my skin. Then he PAINTED a thick layer of dip on my nails… Maybe I’m mistaken, but never have I ever had anyone paint on the dip as if it were acrylic. It left huge clumps under my nails which he once again didn’t plan to remove until he saw me looking and asked if the shape was ok. Even then barely removed the glue under the nails. I left with tons of thin bits of dried harden dip all over my fingers. And to top of the horror that was happening to my nails, a lady came in explaining how they charged her 30 extra AFTER the original charge. He explained they forgot to charge her for one of her services so they just added it later!!! She was upset, he argued with her and just kept repeating himself. When she left he proceeds to show me her receipt and explain to me the exact same thing he just told her several times about how she should’ve been charged and how some people only care about money! How is that my business??? I was uncomfortable and didn’t know what to say considering he’s already midway through my terrible nails. The only reason for any star at all was that he offered me a discount for injuring me and only charged 25 for my dip. Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI am 7 months pregnant and have been dying to get pampered a little bit especially my feet. I didn’t want to pay a fortune like I do at nail star in alabaster. My mom and I went to this place for the first time and felt right at home, they were beyond nice and kept up conversations the whole time they were working and not the first person was rude nor had a judgement look on their face. I got pampered beyond what I was expecting and the price so was so reasonable that I am definitely using them every time from now on. They made me feel like a lady and helped the swelling in my feet and legs because they went above and beyond and I haven’t found one place do what they did. They even stayed opened later for a nice couple who wanted his wife to get her nails done and Tina had no problem jumping in and taking care of her. I am 7 months pregnant and have been dying to get pampered a little bit especially my feet. I didn’t want to pay a fortune like I do at nail star in alabaster. My mom and I went to this place for the first time and felt right at home, they were beyond nice and kept up conversations the whole time they were working and not the first person was rude nor had a judgement look on their face. I got pampered beyond what I was expecting and the price so was so reasonable that I am definitely using them every time from now on. Having my nails done is just part of upkeep, I get them done and keep them done on a consistent basis. Every week- two weeks. This is the first time in about a year that I just absolutely adore my nails, I just keep looking at them. They’re perfect. The staff was very fast and nice. I will go here every time now!! Love it! Sometimes getting my nails done is an inconvenience due to time-schedule. But this place was so fast compared to everywhere else. They’re awesome!!

I had the worst experience ever at this place today!! I refuse to waste my time and money at this place ever again. They are very rude!! The man and the lady both talked to me in a very condescending way and my feet look horrible!!! I only got my feet polished with regular polish and my gel polished removed and that was $17!!! I don’t mind paying for something when I’m satisfied!! However, I feel like I paid way too much for my feet to look horrible!! Also, after the older lady got the gel polish off my feet, the powder residue was still around my toe nails so I asked her if she could remove it and she told me to use the lotion. Long story short, don’t waste your time or money here!!!

Pam went over the same spot MULTIPLE times with hot wax! Made my eyebrows look so horrible. I can’t believe it.. i wish i could insert my picture..if i find that i can I’ll post it. I went Friday 3/29/19 the service is usually great. I recieved a pedicure and gel nails. The guy who did my feet needs to find another job soaked feet for a few moments did not scrub or clean feet properly. I had to guide him each step. Did not clean cuticles around the toenails. Did not message or foiliate the legs or feet properly. So disappointed. Now let’s get to the hands owner did my gel set. His wife started on someone nails she had to leave. He moved to her chair to clip someone’s nails. Nails flying all over to me. When you get gel nails he does not clean nails first he wants to just put polish on then say 51.00. Hell I could have gotten my 9 year neice to do my nails. This visit was horrible so disappointed in them. The ladies usually do well when guys are not there.

Awesome! I’ve gone to several places in the area in the past few months trying to find somewhere that would listen and do my nails the way i ask. Im so glad i finally found it! I get acrylic and gel polish over my natural nails and sometimes it comes out uneaven. They did a perfect job! So smooth and shiny. I also got a gel pedicure and they really took the time to clean and scrub everything. 10/10. I WILL be going back.
